Harassment
Prevention. This class is essential
for every business or organization to include in their
mandatory training. One need only watch
the evening news broadcasts to understand why. Discussion
includes
an in-depth exploration
of the seven "protected classes" identified in the Civil Rights Act of
1964, a
historical
timeline of sexual harassment cases in the
Two
classifications of sexual harassment are identified, and we talk in
depth about
“risky” behavior, and when behavior
is considered severe and/or pervasive. If
requested, employees will complete an "unwelcomeness test" as a means to
gauge their own personal perspectives on workplace
behavior. Third party involvement is an important
topic, and
employees are told exactly what procedure to follow if they are
personally harassed. All questions are

one-on-one for privacy reasons.
