the evening news broadcasts to understand why. Discussion
includes
an in-depth exploration
of the seven "protected classes" identified in the Civil Rights Act of
1964, a
historical
timeline of sexual harassment cases in the
Two
classifications of sexual harassment are identified, and we talk in
depth about
“risky” behavior, and when behavior
is considered severe and/or pervasive. If
requested, employees will complete an "unwelcomeness test" as a means to
gauge their own personal perspectives on workplace
behavior. Third party involvement is an important
topic, and
employees are told exactly what procedure to follow if they are
