copies of your performance review plan, your forms and appropriate
grading
scales, and any disciplinary policies that relate to your
organization’s
business to tailor this
instruction. Coaching
is a necessary step to master when a supervisor notices that an
employee’s
behavior is on the wrong track, and progressive discipline is examined. If your organization provides
Employee
Assistance Program (EAP) services, we discuss a manager’s role in
referring an
employee
to seek help. All employees bring personal issues with them to
work -- every day.
